Virtudes holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, which has given me a solid foundation in business management and prepared me for management and advisory roles in many areas. I am also a registered member of the Association of Property Administrators, which guarantees my commitment to ethics and professionalism in property management.

To complement my training, I hold a Master's degree in Tax, Accounting and Employment Advice, which allows me to offer a complete, specialised service in these areas. This combination of knowledge and experience enables me to provide complete and effective solutions to my clients, making sure every aspect of their needs is handled with the utmost competence and dedication.

Tamara, trained in English and with years of customer service experience, handles client issues and is the main link between the different departments. She organises the flow of information and official documents with the relevant authorities.

Joel, trained in IT and new technologies, supports the internal control of documentation and the management of our systems, so that nothing fails.

Eduardo, a qualified building engineer, handles opening licences, energy certificates and habitation certificates among others, providing support in the technical area.

Partners: we work with qualified professionals for day-to-day jobs in legal advice, electrical work, building work... We have worked with them for a long time and trust them fully.
